1. How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the “Sign Up” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.
2. Do I have to necessarily register on briskbasket.com to start shopping?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
3. Can I have multiple registration?
Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with only one account.
4. What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at briskbasket.com My Account allows you to track your active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
5. How to get forgotten password?
You need to click on the Login page and click on forgot password. Then enter your registered email, a text message & mail with a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mail. You have to submit that OTP then a password will be sent to your mail. You can login through that password, In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
6. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on briskbasket.com using the following modes of payment:
a. Cash on delivery b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard)
7. Is there any extra delivery charges?Delivery charge of Rs. 30 will be added on all oders below Rs. 1000. There will be no delivery charge on order over Rs. 1000.
8. Do you deliver at my area? How do I check?
At top left corner of the website you can find “Deliver at” option where you can find a drop down with change location option, there you can enter your pin code & find delivery at you pin code is available or not.
9. What is the system of delivery in briskbasket.com?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel operating across the city which ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
10. Can I place my order over phone?
Yes, you can call our customer support desk at +91-7003854648 & place your order.
11. How will I ask for refund/replacement for any wrong delivered products?
You can mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer support desk at +91-7003854648 & ask for refund/replacement.
12. What is minimum order amount?
Minimum order amount should be Rs.200/- to place an order. There is no additional delivery charges.
13. What are the delivery slots?
There are four delivery slots to choose from. Delivery slots are as follows: a. 8am-11am b. 11am-2pm c. 5pm-7pm d. 7pm-9pm
14. How do I get my money back in case I return wrong delivered products?
If the payment has been made online then the money will be credited to your account & if it is a Cash on Delivery order then money will be refunded by cash.
15. What will I do in case am not satisfied with the delivered products?
If you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you can return the product at the time of delivery or you can return/replace the product within 24hours of delivery.
16. How do I change my shipping address?
First you have to login, then go to My Account section, then click on personal details, then go to change address, add new address & save it. Make this your new default address.
17. Can I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.
18. Can I change delivery slot after placing my order?
Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to fulfill your request.
19. How do I check the current status of my order?
The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

21. Are there any other charges/taxes in addition to the price shown?
No, there are no other charges/taxes over the price shown at the website/app.
22. How the fish, vegetables, fruits is weighed?
The fish is weighted before cutting, cleaning & descaling. After cutting, cleaning & descaling actual weight of the fish will be less than the weight shown in website/app. Weight loss varies from 10-35% in respect to different fishes. In case of fruits, vegetables weight will be exact or greater than the weight shown. We do not charge any extra for money for higher in weight than the weight shown in the website/app.
