BriskBasket Retail loyalty card terms and conditions

Subject Matter

Brisk Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated and existing under the federal laws of India, and the local laws and regulations of india, registered under MSME, having its address at 19 Dr, Lalit Banarjee Sarani Kolkata 700073.  Brisk Rewards loyalty program is applicable in all BriskBasket Market stores and BriskBasket Web store www.briskbasket.com in India.

Terms and conditions acceptance

The use of the Brisk Rewards loyalty card signifies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions that the subscriber acknowledges having read and accepted at the time of Brisk reward’s registration.

Membership

Brisk rewards loyalty card is free of charge and can be collected at the customer service. In India for persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law (18 years and above). It is strictly one loyalty account number per household (same address). The subscriber will be issued with one physical card.

To join Brisk Rewards, the subscriber must be registered on BriskBasket website through www.briskbasket.com or through the Mobile application. The registration must be done within 30 days following the first use of the guest account. After this notice, Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd has the right to disable the loyalty account and all acquired benefits.

Brisk Rewards loyalty card cannot be duplicated and/or used for any purposes other than those provided for in these terms and conditions. The loyalty card may not be transferred or used by anyone other than its subscriber and members of the household, for any reason.

Earning

Brisk Basketloyalty card allows its cardholder to earn points: (1) point for every 100 Rs spent in   and when making qualifying purchases at BriskBasket and BriskBasket Market stores in India.

In order to collect points, the loyalty card must be integrated to the checkout service before payment or if the customer is using BriskBasket Web www.briskbasket.com, Brisk Rewards loyalty account number must be entered once for all. Redemption of points can be done only once the card is registered.

The Customer can also earn further points when making purchases of goods through different promotions/offers, or received coupons that can be used against any future purchases, and subject to points and quantities limitation per offer/promotion.

Redeeming

On the condition that the loyalty account is registered, when the cardholder accumulates 500 points, the cardholder will automatically receive a 500 Rs loyalty discount at the checkout over web. A maximum of 4 discounts can be printed at a time. This 500 Rs loyalty discount can be used against the cardholder’s next purchase in participating BriskBasket and BriskBasket Market stores in India store www.briskbasket.com for an amount greater or equal to 500 Rs  by representing the discount along with the loyalty card and within the expiry date specified on the loyalty discount.

The 500 Rs loyalty discount is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Each 500 Rs loyalty discount is linked to the loyalty account which has received it and can’t be used by another loyalty account.

Loyalty account information

Once the customer has done the registration through the mobile application or the website, the cardholder can access his/her loyalty account information:

  • At the customer service desk or by calling the customer call center.
  • On his/her personal loyalty space at briskbasket.com, the cardholder can modify his/her personal details anytime. The cardholder can modify his/her personal details anytime via the following: – At the customer service desk or by calling the customer call centre – On his personal space at www.briskbasket.com

Claim and item refund

In case of a cardholder contesting missing points, 500 Rs loyalty discounts, points balance, the cardholder has seven days to formulate his claim to concerned store or to the customer call centre.

In case of an item being refunded, the rewards earned from this item will be deducted from the loyalty account. If the loyalty account does not have sufficient number of points to deduct from the account, the missing points number will be adjusted with the future rewards earned.

Loss, theft, damage

The cardholder is responsible for any loss, theft or damage of his loyalty cards and must immediately inform the store if this occurs. The cardholder can request a new loyalty account with the delivery of new loyalty cards.

Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd. declines any responsibility during the period between the loss, theft or damage and the declaration of the loss, theft or damage by the cardholder.

Any points accrued on the lost, stolen or damaged loyalty card at the time of the declaration will be transferred to the new loyalty account.

Removal

Brisk Rewards loyalty card is the property of Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd. and can be immediately suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltdat any time if, a Card Member:

  • has breached these terms and conditions;
  • has behaved fraudulently;

has supplied false or misleading information to Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd; or In this case the cardholder will lose all the acquired benefits and any right of use.

If the Brisk Rewards loyalty card is not used during a continuous period of 12 months, Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd. will disable the loyalty account and the cardholder will lose all the acquired benefits and will not be able to use his/her Brisk Rewards loyalty card anymore.

If a cardholder wishes to close his/her account, he/she could return the card in store with a written notification stipulating his/her demand, his/her name, last name, loyalty account number and signature.

If any cardholder claims back his points after disabling his/her card; Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd can still return him/her these points by transferring them to his/her new account.

Responsibility

Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd. is exempted from any responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences linked to any malfunction; nevertheless it will do the best to keep all the cardholder’s acquired benefits.

Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd. is exempted from any responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences linked to any fraudulent use or non-accordance use with these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions modification or cancelation

Minutes Management And Technology Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel some or all of these terms and conditions.

General

These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India.
