What is Brisk Money?

Brisk Money is a digital provided to you by briskbasket using which you can do transactions on and its apps. The amount in the consists of three components. Amount in Brisk Money = Money+ Credits – Debits. Money is the amount added by you through the add money option in the Brisk Money.

Credits are received either through refunds made on cancellation of orders or part orders or through refunds provided by briskbasket for any other purpose. Debits could be added through pending payments for orders delivered but not paid or items supplied for an amount higher then paid for or non redemption of any payments made to briskbasket.

Any amount in the Brisk Money can only be used to purchase on briskbasket or its apps and not anywhere else. Please note that EMI, Prepaid or Virtual bank cards or a combination of electronic methods of payments such as Credit or Debit cards with Cash on delivery is not supported to top up Brisk Money.

You may add money in Brisk Money in following ways

  • Credit cards or Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Any other acceptable payment methods visible on the briskbasket payment page

However, Cash on delivery, International Cards, Gift Cards are not acceptable modes of payment for the top-up of Brisk Money.

You can only add value up to Rs. 10,000 per month per user. Beyond that you may still receive your refunds to Brisk Money, but you will not be able to top-up it further. Also at any point in time you cannot have a balance of more than Rs 10,000 in your wallet. This is excluding any credits that you have received in this period.

You need to sign-in your Account in Website and go to your profile. There, in the Brisk Money tab, you shall be able to see the Brisk Money Balance amount.

  • Faster Check-out by using Brisk Money, no OTP or passwords are required
  • Faster refunds- these are credited within 24 hours to your Brisk Money
  • Detailed account tracking: You can track your spends and activity in the My link available in the website or app.

You shall be able to use Brisk Money as a Payment method available at the checkout. There may be a few products, including Gift Cards, for which Brisk Money is not allowed to pay for.

You may not redeem Brisk Money for Cash. Brisk Money balance can also not be transferred to Bank, Other Wallets or other User accounts.

Yes, Brisk Money requires a Account.

Brisk Money cannot be transferred to any other briskbasket user’s account. It can also not be used to pay for purchases being made by another briskbasket account user.

Brisk Money account may be suspended or closed if your briskbasket Account is suspended or closed for any reason.

Your Brisk Money account is still active. You may re-install the briskbasket App or login on the website to access your account.

Your Brisk Money account is still active and you may reset you briskbasket account password or take help of customer care team to gain access to your briskbasket Account

Your Brisk Money account stays active, however please note that every credit transaction into Brisk Money comes with an expiry time, at which a part or full amount from your Brisk Money will expire. The user shall be sent a reminder about the expiry of the Brisk Money amounts one month in advance, by an email to the registered email id.

You need to protect your briskbasket Account. If someone gets unauthorized access to your briskbasket account, they may use your Brisk Money to purchase products at briskbasket on your behalf without your knowledge.

The refund value for these returned items shall be added to your Brisk Money.

Yes, you may use other payment methods available to pay along with Brisk Money. However, the money shall be deducted from Brisk Money first and the remaining amount can be paid through other available online payment methods.

If you have balance in your Brisk Money, then that will be used first. The remaining amount, if any, might be paid through other available online payment methods.

If user has Brisk Money balance, then it is up to the user to use it, however if Brisk Money is being used then the order value will first be taken from Brisk Money and the remaining order value, if any, shall be paid by other available online payment method..

There are no maintenance charges for keeping Brisk Money balance.

In the unlikely event that there is no debit or credit transaction in your Brisk Money account for a period of 12 months the sum standing in the account shall be forfeited. You will be notified about the expiry of the Brisk Money through an email to your registered email id at least one month before its occurrence. Please ensure that you use the amount before expiry.

There is no minimum amount to keep in Brisk Money.
